Daily Duties at Vineyard Commons Holdings:
Developed company policies on all issues relating to personnel, community activities and facility operations for a brand-new, 185-unit retirement community. Manage day to day operations, daily cash reconciliation, AP/AR, payroll, vendor contract negotiations, human resource management, marketing, rent roll and communications to residents, oversaw tenant selection, lease management. As manager of the facility’s overall budget, was responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing and collecting service bids and reviewing vendor invoices. Discovered cost saving opportunities for the company by conducting detailed analyses of monthly expenses verses projected revenues. Processed accounts payable and receivable, along with reconciled bank accounts. Created, marketed and executed monthly health and wellness activities for the community members that included newsletters, targeted wellness workshops, exercise classes and recreational sports. Directed maintenance and major repairs, utilities. Conducted tours of the property for porspective clients.
