Daily Duties at Town Sports International/ New York Sports Clubs:
Managed daily sales operations and drove results in health clubs ranging from 400 members 8k members. Managed all aspects of health club operations to ensure maximum sales, profitability and member retention. Management responsibilities included facility O&M, customer service, membership sales, inventory analysis, payroll, risk management, loss prevention and daily operational cost control. Headed the selection and employee training procedures for the opening of three new Clubs, one of which made history as Town Sports International’s most successful opening. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing Club Managers, Sales Consultants and Customer Service Staff. Recipient of 2005 “High Impact Award” for Club operations.
