Daily Duties at Healthtrax International:
In addition to managing HealthASSIST core components and complementary programs, responsibilities include: Create a program launch that educates employees and generates excitement; Provide management with regular reports on participation levels and aggregate individual and corporate results; Present incentive programs and seasonal promotions to boost participation; Encourage employees to take advantage of discounted Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness center memberships and pay-per-visit opportunities; Provide full communications and marketing support to increase employee participation, including brochures, payroll stuffers, posters, web portal, e-newsletters, direct mail and contests; and Integrate program components with the services offered by other Healthtrax divisions (Fitness & Wellness centers, Work-Fit injury management program). Connected health and wellness services with corporations by promoting Employee Wellness Programs and STAYFIT Physician Referral Programs. Improved company’s bottom line by increasing new accounts 60 percent in six months by presenting well researched and energetic proposals to corporations that related to all management levels, created a long-term marketing and advertising campaign to targeted audience, and negotiated strong contractual agreements. Revamped employee wellness programs of existing accounts and restored programs that had been neglected. Executed all health and wellness marketing activities, including preparation of brochures, fliers, newspaper articles, and monthly health education newsletters. Created a Wellness Calendar of Activities and Events for multiple clients. Received Healthtrax’s 2002 “Outstanding Customer Service and Sales Award.”
