Daily Duties at Healthtrax International:
As case manager and health coach of over 150 employees, counseled a broad range of patients in health risk identification and behavior modification. Coordinated health and wellness services for employees while balancing the corporation’s need to minimize health care costs with their desire to increase employee morale and productivity. Taught popular self-help workshops and fitness classes. Organize and coordinate health fairs for corporate clients, evaulate programs/services and provide feedback to Health Promotion Director, keep current on industry trends, prepare ROI reports and review RFPs.
