Daily Duties at Seeburger, Inc:
As a member of the Solutions Architect Team, I was responsible for tracking client needs against industry trends to determine if current product availability met the needs of clients. Required to perform diagnostic and root-cause analysis to determine reason for system failures and drive solutions to limit occurrences. Required to analysis clients’ systems against solution requirements to determine feasibility of performance. Required to perform on-site installations, to write ANSIX12 mappings, to train customers and to provide customer support.
