Daily Duties at Living Hope Community Fellowship:

As the Business Operations Manager (BOM) I am responsible for the overall business operations of the non-profit organization. In my current position I have had opportunity to utilize my analytical skills in the areas of business process improvement; fund development and organizational restructure. I developed and implemented an ergonomic strategy that resulted in cost-savings to the organization, as well as, streamlined many business processes. I restructured the organization for optimal skills performance and developed training for leadership and team development. Likewise, I have been instrumental in creating and implementing employee policies and procedures. Additionally, I have conducted studies and written statistical reports for fund development in efforts to secure uninterrupted funding streams for the organization. I was also responsible for leading the team that implemented the first interactive web-site. I was instrumental in developing the content, programming and launching of the site. Additionally, my day-to-day responsibilities include managing employees and volunteers, networking with various organizations in the community to build collaborative partnerships, and long and short term organizational goal planning.
