Daily Duties at Ww Grainger Inc.:
Started out unloading trailers and warehouse work. Picking, Packing and Shipping product. Product management. Moved into a supervisory role in 6 months over counter sales in branch. Control and development of the counter sales staff. Assistant manager consisted of controlling activities throughout branch by staffing, training and coaching employees. Branch Manager - Hiring, training and development of staff. Inventory control and making sure the warehouse stayed within its threshold. Local community relations which would consist of meeting with officials and donations for charities and participating in charitable activities.
