Daily Duties at At&T:

Part 1 I was hired to build and execute on a worldwide services contract for Cigna Insurance. Part 2 I was responsible for building an AT&T network management center utilizing Malcolm Balridge Quality standards in our process building. I staffed and trained 35 employees. They included 3 managers and 32 union personnel. My team was responsible for reporting service results to me on a weekely basis and into Cigna Insurance on a monthly basis. I reported our results to the AT&T Executive team and Cigna's leadership team on a semi annual basis. I was the primary executive contact for all maintenance issues for Cigna worldwide. I established Monthly service awards inside the NMC for the AT&T personnel. I also set up a recognition process for the entire team when our goals were met on a monthly basis.
