Daily Duties at Client Network Services, Inc. (Cnsi):

Program Manager for a portfolio of projects with a staff of 15, responsible for all phases of the life cycle, including acquisition, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. These projects included: the SEC Tips Complaints and Referrals Repository (TCR), (Oracle and web based Java); the Coast Guards Boating and Accident Reporting system (BARD), (.net, web based); refurbishment of a LAN Server Room at DHS; asset management in a secure environment; and the design for, installation and repair of several Coast Guard call centers.
