Daily Duties at Avaya Federal:
Part 1 I was hired to build an indirect sales channel for Avaya Federal. This channel would include federal business partners and federal systems integrators. Part 2 My daily tasks included hiring and training a sales team that would build relationships with the targeted BP's and SI's Work with the sales president to identify the leading BP's and SI's for our solution set to the federal market. Establish joint partnership contracts with revenue goals.Monitor and report weekly/monthly/quarterly to Avaya leadership. Establish C level relationships with companies in excess of $25M in federal revenue. Startegize and execute C level meetings including annual CEO visits. Establish partnership metrics including revenue targets , program targets and internal operational execution.
