Daily Duties at Tandberg Inc:
Part 1. I was hired to lead a team that was responsible for building strategic relationships with the leading federal SI's. They were Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SAIC,Verizon, Booz Allen Hamilton. Part 2 I was responsible on a daily basis for establishing direct sales into the customers.Building Program partnerships into the federal government with these Programs. Programs with 5 different manufacturers as competitors. Establishing executive contacts at the C level in companies with value of over $25B in annual sales. I brought together the companies technology leaders to envision joint solutions for our customers. I reported weekly sales to my leadership and quarterly to our company CEO and executive board. I managed 6 direct reports and 24 indirect sales managers. I supported the proposal process for all direct and indirect sales. I was the primary managment contact for each of the customers. I was the leader behind the companies systems integrator strategy. I was responsible the the development and execution of that strategy. I collaborated with each of the companies business units to ensure a joint company plan.
