Daily Duties at Best Buy:
Lead $18 million operation, improved gross margin, controlled expenses and ultimately contributed to the bottom line. Developed, retained and staffed store team of 100 including four salaried managers. Provided managers with training, coaching and counseling to increase overall store productivity and professional growth.
