Daily Duties at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company:

Manage and recruit tellers to offer quality service to clients. Manage a group of personal bankers to interface with clients to offer mortagages, accounts and financial instruments for growth and success. Audit teller drawers and financial instruments daily and ensure security at end of day. Audit personal bankers files daily to ensure security of client information. Meet daily with small business owners to offer products to help keep them afloat or get off the ground. Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings to market branch and offer services. Dialed in to daily conference calls to hear branch goals and offer progress daily. Held daily ranch meetings with all staff members to inspire and lay out daily and monthly account, loan and mortagage goals. Purchased money weekly to ensure branch could meet daily customer needs. Responsible for branch financial management ie. Profit and Loss; Achieved and maintained the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and the organization. Developed and implemented weekly sales and profitability action plans. Directed all operational aspects of the branch ie. Customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals. Provided training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member. Responsible for on boarding of all new employees. Responsible for performance evaluations of all employees. Ensured the safe keeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash. Participated in community, business and industry organizations to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the company in the local area.
