Daily Duties at Aflac:

Design, develop, obtain approval, publish, train IT SDLC Methodology. Design, develop and deliver training for IT SDLC Methodology at multiple levels: Executive Management, Business Unit Managers, IT Management and IT Developers. Document and Champion benefits of standard SDLC Methodology. Incorporate and Integrate Standard SDLC Methodology with Project Management and Project Life Cycle Methodology. Work with head of new Project Management Office to champion and communicate benefits of PMO.
