Daily Duties at Auto Paint Express, Inc.:
Created the model as an unconventional body shop for minor to medium repair and total refinishes only. Higher, train, motivate the management and technical staff to accomplish customer satisfaction and a business model that was growing in potential until the 2008 recession. Daily tasks incloude, cold call selling of services to car dealers, rental car companies, trucking companies, small or large companies who maintain a fleet of vehicles that would need paint and body repair. Develop marketing and sales materials for advertising and point of sale presentation. Develop and maintained website by changing photos of before and after vehicles comleted. Wrote estimates for damage in the field and in the shop. Personally persented the repaired vehicles to the customers to insure customer satisfaction. Staff consisted 1 assistant manager and 8 paint and body technicians.
