Designed high voltage test instruments and improved existing high voltage test equipment such as VLF AC Hipots, Thumpers, DC Hipots, Arial Lift Tester, Oil Tester, Tan Delta, and all other products of High Voltage Inc. Converted electromechanical control system to new solid state controller such as Atmel controller, using either C or assembly language programming. Researched on high voltage test methodology to determine partial discharge, electric tree, and in general the integrity of high voltage cables. Interacted directly with customers, contractors, and venders for technical support and purchasing parts and materials.
