Daily Duties at Choicelinx Corporation:
• Direct client facing support as a lead Client Manager responsible for day to day operations. • Responsible for ensuring services, practices and processes are based on sound business decisions, cost benefit analyses and profitability considerations • Responsible for teams of individual Client Managers; Client Manager Support Specialists and Account Installation Specialists • Responsible for Select-Segment Client Implementation and Ongoing Operation Associates • Mentor and coach team members, developing agreed upon Annual Performance Goals, assisting with the creation and management of individual Development Plans • Responsible for the start-up of a new Mid-Market implementation and ongoing service teams. Including development of processes, procedures and metrics. • Achieve business plan objectives, both in implementing new plans and in identifying and responding to customer needs • Develop strong working relationships with key customer contacts, management teams and external partners • Direct client facing support as a lead Client Service Manager responsible for day to day operations.
