Daily Duties at The Home Depot:
• Authoritatively directed back-and processes such as freight receiving & stocking • Supervision of front end processes involving sales and return transactions, as well as special services and lot support. • Knowledgeably ensured maintenance & operability of all store equipment & systems. • Consistently facilitated & supported a collaborative teamwork environment instrumental to optimizing performance in achieving operational goals. • Dutifully maintained Customer Service Initiatives, including motivating employees to increase sales, merchandise throughput & store organization. • Expertly recruited, supervised, scheduled, corrected & disciplined store staff members and resolved various customer problems. • Support stock integrity through inventory management processes. • Ensuring the store's in-stock position, and maintaining an appealing and organized store appearance. • Diligently employed Analysis & Merchandise Planning Initiatives and sales & report assessments to boost profitability. • Strategically coordinated with District Manager, District Operations Manager, Regional Buyers, Store Managers, Field Merchandising employees and MET teams to layout & execute effective merchandising concepts. • Coordinated and hosted a district monthly Night Operations Conference call which included the District Manager, District Operations Manager, Store Managers, Night Operations Assistant Managers and Night Supervisors to discuss operations issues, new protocols, merchandising events and training.
