My responsibilities included but not limited to booking event venues, staff lodging, banquet events setting and logistics/printing of handouts and products sold through different channels (35% of travel was required). In addition, when I was not traveling,I Strengthened call center in Mumbai by training ten agents with software Quickbooks-Pro, Stamps, and English pronunciation in order to retain customers and minimize errors in accounting as agents provided information regarding shipments and transactions creating protocols and internal routing procedures. Along the side of the CFO, we kept the company's bookkeeping up to date. In addition, Developed presentations and a comprehensive reports and analysis for sales presented to board members and assessment on project budgets, timelines and quality perception to develop operating procedures improving efficiency. Furthermore,Planned and executed North American tours by contracting event venues, staff lodging, and banquets which grossed $4 million in sales and exposure in the medical community for journal publications.(35% yearly travel) Moreover,Recruited external experts, and internal team (account management, IT, medical, and legal) to develop hand-outs and disclaimers to meet U.S. standards easing post-meeting reports and strategic recommendations.
