Consulted all levels of personnel on benefits, disability, retirement and FMLA and leave options. Partnered with district counsel to address grievance, EEOC and legal claims brought against the district. Participate in professional meetings and conferences in order to keep abreast of educational developments and legal changes related o HR. Attend all board meetings.
