Spearhead vision, strategy, and execution of data center operations including technical analysis, service level functions, business continuance planning, and tactical equipment planning. Negotiated and directed vendor and customer contracts for data center service and maintenance. Conducted technical evaluations on alternative sites for business contingency and disaster recovery scenarios, specifying power, space planning and electrical/mechanical requirements. Trained and supervised staff of three, providing mentorship and career advancement opportunities
