Clinical Lead for Phase 3 program of first-in-class drug for treatment of Female Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder, comprising three trials with more than 150 investigative sites and over 2500 patients;Leadership of matrixed team to create all essential study documents, including protocol, protocol amendments, informed consent forms, monitoring manual, case report forms, IVRS specifications for drug distribution and management; vendor selection and budget management;Responsible for timely initiation, conduct, interim data review, and closure of trials; implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans for protocol violations; Responsible for training of of internal and external personnel on clinical trial conduct; Provide medical monitoring to protect patient safety, ensure adequate reporting reporting of adverse events, and maintain quality control; Provide medical expertise in data interpretation and writing of Clinical Study Reports; Management of 3 direct reports
