Daily Duties at Tennessee Air National Guard:
Manage resources, to include budget, aircraft parts, deployment equipment and personnel for a 300+ member maintenance group. Ensured all State, Federal and Air Force safety standards are followed and enforced on a daily basis. Managed outside contractors in the completion of assigned projects in allotted time and budget. Coordinated all personnel readiness, for deployment activities for the flying mission.
