Daily Duties at Synovus Financial Corp.:
Program Planning -- Master Plan, individual project plans for the program which include: Scope, Resources, Organizational Processes, Technical Projects. Project initiation, planning, monitoring execution and reporting on projects and the program. Status Reporting and Presentations to Executive Management. Monitoring, Supporting, and Reporting results of multiple sub-committees within the Program to create consolidate reporting. Working with Project Management Offices to deliver required Governance documentation and reports associated with all projects within the program.
