• Expanded brand offerings, opening the local branch to 18 new vendors, adding up to $5,000 in monthly sales potential. • Developed relationships with builders, electricians, and designers to increase company awareness and expand lighting sales to 10% of total branch sales and increase profit margins by 15%. • Managed relationships with 32 vendor representatives to improve ordering processes and ensure high service standards. • Facilitated consultations with clients on whole home product selection, prepared product quotes and submittals, and coordinated delivery through constant communication with project subcontractors. • Coordinated showroom events to promote lighting business among designers and builders. • Trained 65% of personnel in administrative duties including purchasing and quotations and facilitated training for 100% of associates in lighting design, product knowledge and sales techniques. • Proactively initiated innovative techniques for organization of routine office matters, to improve processes. • Ran and distributed weekly reports on lighting sales volume, and potential sales to work with associates in closing the sale.
