Led the development of the tracking system for procurement of multiple contracts with an annual value of $0.5 to $10M; ensuring compliance with all division processes. Directed the planning and standardization of process flow management; including conducting gap analyses to assess why processes were not working and what processes needed to be established to efficiently monitor and manage nearly 150 contracts per year worth more than $300M. Administered cost benefit analysis of value of WTD services that served as baseline for ongoing analysis of the program.
