• Train and manage the activities of 10 field sales representatives to promote a diverse portfolio of products. • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders within the fields of Primary Care, Rheumatology, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, Pulmonology, Urology, Anesthesiology and Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Obstetrics and Gynecology • Create a high-performance, high-reward culture by setting challenging individual sales targets above those established by corporate headquarters. • Collaborate with marketing members from various brand teams, as well with sales operations, clinical education, contracting and managed care to secure positive formulary status for portfolio of products. • Coach and develop selling skills for sales colleagues • Facilitate career advancement for sales colleagues
