Daily Duties at Next Gen:
Contracted consultant to oversee and improve telecommunications war room operations. Increasing markets covered by war room (advanced call center) from one market to three. Develop current war room operators to increase details taken from field calls, and to increase efficiency. To lower operational misses of confirmed milestone completions by field professionals.
