Daily Duties at Mayo:
Charge RN for 20 bed step down ICU unit. in charge of hiring and firing of staff, performance appraisals as well as the day to day unit functioning and patient care. This includes long term care patients on ventilators, vasoactive drips ect. Case Management RN on Medical Unit, Liver Transplant and ICU areas. Also worked several years with Cardiac patients and Heart Transplant patients and families. Worked in the ER also. Placement included patients from all over the world. Worked with cerner, excel,ECIN and word. Also did Utilization Review for all hospital areas including Oncology, Transplant patients. Knowledgeable in Interqual and excel.
