Daily Duties at Amazon.Com:
• Worldwide Operations Leader for WebStore by Amazon (WBA) which entailed managing all aspects of the operations to include; workflow and planning amongst our US, EU and UK sites, metrics preparation and presented weekly metrics to Senior Vice President and Directs. • Global point of contact for all things seller/customer related that has an impact to the business of. Amazon Webstore. • Worked cross functionally across all platforms in driving transparency and lean practices to deliver results that were sustainable as well as measurable. • Managed team of 30-40 direct reports to include Supervisors and remote reports within our international teams. I was responsible for overseeing their performance across all worldwide sites as it relates to Webstore in an effort to meet specified goals and overall performance targets. • Responsible for operational readiness to include creating 3 yr plan and yearly operational planning goals that was directed to have an impact to the business both from a financials and growth perspective.
