Daily Duties at Micro Tech:
Partner with my HR Director and manage the HR project assigned to me. Administration of all company benefits for all 400 employees Work on the completion of a 401K audit by providing documents needed to the Department of Labor and therefor minimize a negative impact on the organization's bottom line.
