Daily Duties at Fuchs Lubricants Co.:

* Provide weekly inventory for 56 bulk delivery sites, and bi-weekly checks at 4 other sites in the steel mills * Provide the same at 6 sites- other than Steel Mills * Get the Purchase Order for each delivery unless a blanket P.O. was issued * Schedule manufacture, logistics, and delivery timeframes for these sites including coordinating the tankers for product selection, and product type for the next week. Generally made deliveries three days/week and at multiple sites each delivery. * Alert the Customer of delivery dates and schedule timeframes to ensure access to the delivery ports. * Gather and submit samples for various sites to the lab for analysis. Scheduled meetings with the Customers to discuss the results and actions required if necessary. * Schedule and keep new business meetings in existing departments as well as other areas at each plant. Meet with all decision makers and gain an understanding of their position and concerns. * Wrote proposals, Power Point presentations, and quarterly plus year-end cost analysis for the larger Customers. * Reported all activity for daily/weekly events on Salesforce.com for my Upper Management. * Traveled an average of 1600 miles/week
