Daily Duties at Tri R Mechanical Services:
Personally recruited to re-join company and take on a higher level leadership position, supervising eight office staff, two Sales Professionals and 25 Installation/Service Technicians. Delegated and prioritized workload. Administered all business operations for an extremely high-traffic office. • Drove sales and strategic marketing initiatives to realize a 30% increase in sales revenue. • Continually improved sales force skill-set, industry knowledge and talents in upselling, cross-selling, client development and territory gain. • Leveraged HR skills to recruit, interview, hire and train top quality personnel. INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR • 1999-2007 Gained “hands on” team leadership and project management skills overseeing up to 25 personnel. Partnered with 3rd party vendors to negotiate contracts, close optimal deals and procure mission critical supplies and materials. Spearheaded compliance, quality assurance and best practices. Initiated the company’s safety program. • Troubleshot to identify areas of underperformance and establish processes for increased productivity, morale and retention. • Mentored and trained staff, promoting the most qualified to additional areas of leadership. • Ensured streamlined communication and workflow between Project Managers and Installation Crews.
