Annual operating budget $9.5M.▪ Coordinated TI construction in the 286K SF IDX Tower (with a $13.8M budget) and, as a result of comprehensively applied value engineering, the project came in under budget and on time. ▪ Performed as National Coordinator to ensure OSHA, Security, and Safety Regulatory Compliance.▪ Met and exceeded customer satisfaction ratings expectations for 5 straight years.
