Daily Duties at Condolux:
Managed the housekeeping and maintenance of over 300 rental beach houses and condos. Coordinated the efforts of all contractors and staff which included scheduling services, ordering supplies, conducting quality control inspections, processing work orders, reconciling invoices, resolving customer service and owner related issues as well as recruiting, training, and supervising departmental staff.
