Hired to rebuild the Data Communications Divisions Applications Engineering Department after a reorganization which saw 12 out of 14 employees, including the department manager, leave the company. Defined roles and responsibilities, aligned functions to better meet the corporate needs and established new business practices to make the team more efficient. Incorporated PCB design and layout into this group, trained engineers and enabled increased productivity while providing career enhancement.
