Daily Duties at Ibm Corp:

End user support, Responsibilities varied over time from Executive support, Team lead on Various external accounts including Solectorn Corp, Lucent Technologies, and Cisco Systems. as Executive support I supported Arno Penziaus, (VP of R&D for Bell Labs). as Team Lead was responsible for training and employee development for techs assigned to the various accounts. As a technician, providing system upgrades both hardware and software. Trouble shooting system problems, and ensuring network connectivity for end users.
