Daily Duties at Air & Space Expeditionary Force (Aef) Center:
•Managed internal and external, ancillary and upgrade training for over 200 military and civilian personnel and oversaw all administrative aspects of training •Identified training inadequacies and designed and developed programs to abate inadequacies •Developed training materials for in-house courses and managed the execution of training and development programs •Evaluated training and development programs for currency and accuracy and amended the in-place programs to adapt work environment changes •Developed and conducted AEF familiarization training to Air Force Senior Leaders and Civilians
