Daily Duties at Office Of Chief Prosecutor For Military Commissions (Ocp):
Manages all aspects of case discovery for High Value Detainee Military Commission case, including the tracking, review, summary and production of tens of thousands of classified and unclassified USG documents. Interacts with representatives of other government agencies on classified, case-related matters.Trains other members of the team, including attorneys, paralegals and analysts, on use of various case management systems being used in support of litigation.• Participates in witness interviews and witness preparation for both national and international taskings to include coordinating with American consulates overseas; advises on changes in team procedures.• Research, collect, analyze, and organize evidence and related materials to prosecute unlawful alien belligerents who violate the laws of war.
