Overall management responsibilities for plant operations in the Birmingham Facility including: manufacturing, sanitation, maintenance, engineering, distribution, warehousing, supply chain functions, quality, and manufacturing costs and budgets. This large dairy processing facility operated 13 ice cream and stick frozen desserts production lines daily, employing over 200 union and nonunion employees. Successfully stabilized employee turnover and reduced material shrinkage.
