Daily Duties at Micahel Foods Inc. :
Managing the Michael Foods Elizabeth, New Jersey manufacturing facility producing extended shelf life liquid egg products. This plant employs 140 nonunion hourly and management employees across three shifts. The facility has 6 manufacturing cells producing packaged pasteurized egg products for both the retail and foodservice channels. This facility produces roughly 500M lbs. of packaged liquid egg products daily under USDA supervision
