Drafted litigation documents for states of Utah and Colorado federal district and state courts, Tenth Circuit, and Colorado appellate courts regarding oil and gas lease contract disputes, corporate shareholder litigation, and tribal-state jurisdictional boundaries. Conducted internal investigations into misuse of authority by employees and litigation exposure due to contracts with terms violated by both parties.
