Chicago, Illinois, January 2000 – March 2001 Toledo, Ohio, November 1998 – December 1999 Salt Lake City, Utah, July 1997 – November 1998 • Coordinated details with assigned groups, including site inspections, BEOs, room blocks, and pre-, post-meetings. • Managed meeting space to ensure maximum utilization to increase food, beverage and meeting room rental revenue. • Worked with various departments within the hotel to maintain total customer satisfaction. • Solicited citywide conventions for ancillary groups; managed catering inquiries and prospected for local catering. • Maintained weekly/monthly forecasting and month-end reports.
