Daily Duties at Mount Mercy University:
• Schedule, plan, and oversee events to ensure consistent, high quality service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of all events on campus and at the President’s House. • Coordinate details with the appropriate departments to ensure each event is successful. • Work with outside groups interested in hosting events on campus. • Develop and oversee policies for events on campus and rental of campus space. • Oversee budgets for Institutional Events and Commencement Activities. • Train, supervise and evaluate assistant director, events assistant and student employees.
