Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance Regional Office:

Managed and operated the entire State of New Mexico for Auto Insurance. Managed 15 employees with 6 different job positions. Also, liaison with all the field agents in New Mexico. Responsible for interviewing, annual evaluations, turning a state that was loosing money into a profit. TurHelp to develope a team concept approach in our 3 state region.
