Daily Duties at Urban Active Fitness:
I am in charge of four different locations. 2 of our clubs in Cleveland Ohio, and 2 of our clubs in Toledo Ohio. My responsabilities are making sure that the personal training staff in those four clubs are meeting sales quota which ranges between $220,000 and $320,000 every 15 days. I am in charge of 11 sales managers who work directly under me, along with 50 personal trainers. Roles include sales training, sales, sales development, production meetings, customer service, and helping the team learn and understand the sales process.
