Daily Duties at Aflac:

Promoted to lead large scale projects / programs. Oversaw scope, product design, development, budgets and staffing requirements. Managed large-scale matrix project team to complete projects. I monitored activities, gave work assignments, monitored progression, reported on progress, monitored issues, resolved issues, reported on issues. I performed risk planning, developed risk mitigation/contingencies plans, monitored risks, implemented mitigation/contingency plans as needed. For all assigned projects I developed scope management plans, resource management plans, communication management plans, activities/schedule, milestones and reported on, monitored each.
