Daily Duties at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center:
Executes installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems, network, and desktop computing environment while providing 24/7 support for 3000+ users and medical providers in a fast-paced level I trauma center. Provides network/systems administration functions using Active Directory to create and manage email and domain user accounts, OU management and group policy. Manages the network print server that provides printing services for five locations in three countries that fall under the medical center’s footprint.
