Daily Duties at Appleton:
Oversee day to day operations within the Recycle Plant Department with a team of 6 individuals with various responsibilities. Conduct lockout procedures for routine maintenance or as needed on equipment failure. Perform daily safety audits for each employee. Validated that all employees were implementing PVR guidelines during shift.
