Scope of billing responsibilities includes managing all invoicing of customers, ensuring vendors receive timely payment, auditing of invoices for accuracy, and maintaining timely billing of customers and payment of commissions through effective processes and prodcedures. Previous to that directed inside sales team of 140+ account executives and account executive trainees responsible for business-to-business sales of transportation and logistics services. Orchestrated team to manage all shipping needs and sale of services to customers. Ensured optimum customer satisfaction. Oversaw daily performance of departments and account executives’ results. Managed $5M monthly branch budget.
